Elpida Amoiridou graduated from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2017 and holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Transnational and European Commercial and Banking Law, with a focus on Arbitration and Mediation, from the International Hellenic University of Thessaloniki.
She has been a licensed lawyer in Greece since 2018 and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2020. She practises as a Lawyer in the Litigation Department of Areti Charidemou & Associates LLC.
Elpida advises and represents local and international clients in civil and commercial matters, with experience in construction disputes, employment law, defamation, rent control, family law and administrative law.
Her practice focuses on complex litigation and dispute resolution matters. She has experience appearing before the District Courts and the Supreme Court of Cyprus, handling hearings, petitions, trials and appeals, as well as advising clients in negotiations, settlement discussions and alternative dispute resolution.
Elpida is an Accredited Mediator for Civil and Commercial Disputes, certified by the Ministry of Justice of Cyprus since 2021. She is also a certified lifelong trainer accredited by ANAD.
She is fluent in Greek, English, French and Slavic languages and advises and represents a diverse international clientele.
