Natasa Mala graduated from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens with an LL.B. (Hons) in 2014 and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2015.
She joined Areti Charidemou & Associates LLC in 2019 as a Senior Lawyer and is currently the Head of the Litigation Department.
Natasa specialises in civil and commercial litigation and dispute resolution, advising and representing corporate and private clients in a broad range of contentious matters. Her experience includes cross-border disputes and private international law, construction and engineering disputes, contractual and commercial disputes, real estate and property litigation, employment and labour law, family law and complex civil litigation.
She has experience in complex and high-value disputes and represents clients before the District Courts and the Supreme Court of Cyprus, as well as in negotiations, settlement discussions, mediation and arbitration. Her practice covers all stages of contentious matters, from the assessment of claims and pre-action negotiations to pleadings, interim applications, hearings and trials.
Natasa regularly acts for companies and business groups in significant commercial disputes, providing strategic legal advice and representation on matters involving complex legal and commercial considerations.
She is a member of the Employment Law Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association and previously served as a member of the Human Rights Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association.
